A letter seen by the SRA dated 16 February 2017 provided a contact address of Nightingale Chambers, 67 High Street, Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 5TA, a telephone number of 0800 038 5401 and an email address of "enquiries@mbw-law.co.uk". The website "www.mbw-law.co.uk" also promotes the same telephone number.
The letter states that MBW Law is the trading name of M.B.W Law Limited and includes a registered office address and SRA number of a genuine law firm.
The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm called "M.B.W. Law Solicitors" or "MBW Law".
Any business or transactions undertaken through "M.B.W. Law Solicitors" or "MBW Law", or the website "www.mbw-law.co.uk", are not undertaken by a solicitor's practice authorised and regulated by the SRA.
