I write from the - ICPC (Independent Corrupt Practices Commission). The apex investigative body saddled with the responsibility of fighting corruption and other related offences. The ICPC was inaugurated on the 29th of September 2000.
Section 6 (a-f) of the ICPC Act 2000 sets out the duties of the Commission and other related offences departments such as to receive and investigate complaints from members of the public on allegations of corrupt practices and in appropriate cases, prosecute the offenders.
