I am Mr Pele Odu, Ecowas Bank Auditing manager. The Chief Auditor/Information manager, In-Charge of Foreign Unit in Ecowas Bank here in Lome Togo. I had the intent to contact you over this financial transaction/transfer, i got your contact through your profile, i believe you will be capable to handle this kind of fund transfer project and to have the funds saved in a protective account.
I have the opportunity of transferring a left over funds, the sum of $8.500 Millions US Dollars to over sea account, which i was opportune to see the deposit file bearing this huge amount of money here in our bank, when i was inspecting the date and current customers files in other to sign and submit to the entire bank management for an official validation / re-documentation against the statement approval to the account holders for the year. In a swift investigation carried out by me.
I came across this account, which happenes to be dormant for the past decades now, i have carried out a system investigation and discovered that none of our bank officials are aware of this account and the funds, i also discovered that there has been no deposits nor withdrawals from this account for this long period of years.
I am only contacting you as a foreigner, because the money cannot be approved and release to a local person over here in my country but it will be approved to any foreigner into a foreign account, as the money is in US Dollars. As long as the vital documents that will be required by our bank managements to proof the legality of the whole thing are in my position here to back you up in every aspect, to get this funds claimed and secured into your account.
I also have investigated and cross checked the funds, it was a left over funds by the former president, who has been late for over 12 years ago, please i need your deep understanding to claim this funds and have it transferred into your account as your contract fund payment, i have all that will be required by our bank management here, the documents proof which will back you up to receive this funds in your account as your contract funds left here in our bank.
