Please furnish us with the following job documentation requirements for our records (scanned soft copies):

01. Copy of International Identity Card (/Passport/National Certificate/Birth Certificate)

02. Copy academic Certificates.

03. Name,address & Telephone number of somebody to be contacted on medical emergency.

04. 1 copy of colored passport size photo.

Original copies of serial 1 & 2 will have to be exhibited before the HR Department upon your arrival.

You are to sign and scan send a copy of the contract as sign of acceptance,also send a copy to the above mentioned Document processing company (FLYGULF TRAVELS & TOURISM LLC) for the acquisition of your Work and Resident Permit documents.

Note: Always update us with the process between you and the Travel Agency in case of advice where necessary, and ensure you provide them their requirements quickly for a fast processing of your work and resident permit document from their office.

Meanwhile, there will be a Mandatory Orientation/Training Exercise for all Newly Employed Staff which will take place within the Premises of SOUTHBAY OIL & GAS ENGINEERING(SOGE),ABU DHABI, and this Program will start 7 days on arrival for work sign-on.
