Received a call from 202-235-2734. It was a recording saying that they have been trying to reach me. It was something about the IRS, the if I didn't want to get arrested to call the number. I did and a person answered. I said that somebody called my phone number and the person just kept saying, "Ujum, ujum, ujum.." so I hung up. I called back couple of minutes later and the call was rejected.
