I have confirmed the attached documents that you included in your earlier mail, including appointment letter from the management. You're herby required to comply with the following instructions/directives given below to process your working visa.
Make a print out of the visa application form that is attached to this mail, fill it and send it back via email attachment along with the documents listed below after filling the application form.
