On 11th December 2017, telephone number +917378307475 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Sushma Raja working for VFS Global Canada Visa Application Centre using email address vfsglobal@canadianconsulate-immi.com as part of an Employment Scam.
Here is the email that the scammer sent to his victims.
This is to confirm that your registration by our Immigration Home Office here in Canada has been successful and your employment status is now officially confirmed with us at Birchcliff energy ltd. We therefore officially employ you with details in the attachment to this mail. We expect your best and optimum input into our work force to increase productivity and advancement. You will be engaged in a two weeks’ orientation program after you have resumed work to get you acquainted with company protocol and build up a friendly and social atmosphere with your colleagues.
Attached to this mail is your employment letter. You are expected to download, sign it, send a copy to us and a copy to the VFS office with their detail contact below.
