i am the lawyer to the deceased

It’s a pleasant day for me to make contact with you about my late
client, The deceased was working with PSA Peugeot Citroën in Paris as
a market analysis and due to

his expertise and loyal service to the company after 11 years, he was
promoted to the post of regional marketing manager in South Africa,
where he strategies and

market the company product in the sub-region Africa, with head office
is in Pretoria.

It was an unfortunate days on the 1st of June 2009 in South Africa,
when I received a message that my client has been admitted into (Prime
Cure Hospital intensive

unit) after a fatal car accident, I made arrangement and with the help
of his company PSA Peugeot Citroën , he was flew to (American Memorial
Hospital of Paris) in

France, where he later lost his life after an unsuccessful surgery.

I was his attorney for (8)years before his death, i visited him twice
in (South-Africa) when my expertise was needed on property related
matter involving Federal

Housing Authority (FHA) and the second time was in respect of his fix
deposit with a financier security firm.

My search to look for a direct relatives to the deceased led me to do
an (AD) advertisement through your embassy to help in locating any
family member of the deceased

but all to no avail, so i paid a private investigator to do the search
but he also didn't make contact to any direct relatives of the
deceased.

Many years after his death, nobody has contacted me about the deceased
deposited funds and i also make contact with the security firm in
South-Africa and i was told

that no-one has approach them regarding the the deceased funds valued
at (US $300.000.00) Three Hundred Thousand Dollars with the security
firm in South-Africa.

It now more than 8 years after his death and the funds is still with
the security firm in South-Africa and i fear losing his legacy to the
security firm or South-

Africa government if it’s tag as an unclaimed fund or reverts to the
government bureau of diplomatic security because the account of the
deceased has become

dormant/unserviceable since it has not be operated for years now.

I urgently need your help concerning this Issue because i am now
seeking to claim out the funds of my late client before it get
confiscated by the authority and in my

possession is the "Deed Of WILL” proof that gave me the Veto-Power to
present a beneficiary to the deceased deposit funds, this is the
reason why i have contacted you

because i believe you can be of help even though you might not know
the deceased in person.
