Kindly fill the VAF form for your visa application, return these along with the signed job offer letter, and the other requirement below.

Upon confirming your job offer letter, we would need the below items to initiate your visa processing.
*1) Signed job offer letter
2) Filled VAF form
*3) Scan copy of your Passport Data Page (valid copy)
4) Scan copy of one Passport Photograph of you
5) Scan copy of an official document (in the form of utility bill) to confirm your provided address for shipping of hard copy documents.
6) Scan copy of any missing academic credentials that you have considered to use for this application
7) Your flight information to enable us to book your ticket; these includes your airport choice, and preferable departure date (two days earlier than the day of assuming duty as stated in the job offer letter)
*8a) Refundable Guarantee Deposit signed form
*8b) Refundable Guarantee Deposit payment slip of 995 Great Britain Pounds

Note: Please go through the 'additional information on Tier 2 (General) visa which is attached along to this email.

Costs to be shouldered by your employer includes:
-Tier 2 Visa Fee
-COS Certificate of Sponsorship
-Accommodation assistance of 335.00 Great Britain Pounds (monthly)
