Sir,

My name is Roberto Mei, the Credit Bureau Executive Director of Fideuram Asset Management Bank (Ireland) Ltd.

I have just concluded a periodic review of accounts for unclaimed funds, and discovered an amount of money earned as interest on a deposit in transit.

That some time ago, acting as the correspondent bank, our bank received a wire transfer on transit for final crediting in your favor as the beneficiary. But due to interbank clearing, settlement and depository issues concerning the source of the fund, the payment was stopped and our bank returned the fund to the sending bank.

I observed that for the period the fund remained in the account, the interest earned was €1,778,953.50 (one million seven hundred and seventy eight thousand nine hundred and fifty three Euros/ fifty four cents). And based on records on hand, you are the beneficiary of this interest money.

On further inquires, I observed that this payment was not made and the fund was transferred into our unclaimed funds account as unclaimed funds.

Finally you cannot have access to the account since you have not officially opened an account with us as the fund is in your name but as unclaimed funds.

I therefore seek for your urgent response to this notification to enable me direct you how you will receive the interest money.

Regards...

Roberto Mei| Credit Bureau Executive| Fideuram Asset Management Bank (Ireland) Ltd.
