On 12th May 2018, telephone number +243979029464 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Marcel Lukusa Mbayo using email address marcellukusabayo@indamail.hu as part of a Gold Scam.
Here is the email that the scammer sent to his victims.
I am Mr. Marcel Lukusa Mbayo, from Bunia Oriental, the Democratic
Republic of Congo, where I was born here and grow up here in this
village, this is a village in Congo RDC where all such of minerals is
located in Congo, mean while my father is one the villager that went
to school a little in our village secondly the villagers have trust on
my father.
Our Royal Chief and elders in the village gathering a Gold them have
together and handily to my late parents for sales .my farther
contacted foreign international buyers and the buyer agreed to come
to Africa but not Congo and the agreement is for them to meet Nairobi
Kenya due to political situation in Congo so my father decided to used
Local Agent and moved the Goods as Gold from Congo RDC to Kenya from
there the buyer can now move goods to him or her destination so
deposited the Goods to Company called Bonded house in Nairobi Kenya,
as the buyer is preparing his travel to Nairobi Kenya my father also
preparing for his trip to Nairobi Kenya before his tragic death in a
motor accident last year 2017 -08-06.
Since then, I have been sourcing for a trustworthy person through site
because I don’t knowing anybody outside Congo who can help me to move
the gold to the international market where it will be valued and sold
in a good price, this is why I am contacting you to come and help me
to secure the gold from the bonded house in Nairobi, Kenya.
