26th November 2018 - Advance Fee Fraud Scam

On 26th November 2018, telephone number +2348137033232 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Amine Mati using email address chairmanimf3@gmail.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

promising and lying to all Nigeria's Beneficiary a warning has been
giving to them.

Beneficiary your Fund of 15,5 Million dollars has been program in ATM CARD.

Beneficiary all that will require from you is Clearance Certificate
of your contract with NNPC and you will pay 1000 dollar for shipment
of your ATM CARD.

Beneficiary If you do not have your Clearance Certificate of your
contract with NNPC ditto one or two reason then the charges for that
is 5000 dollar.

Beneficiary our Government has pay all the Nigeria's Beneficiary and
CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA (CBN) has program your Fund in ATM CARD.

Beneficiary I don't have mach time for any protocol And please do not
say deduct because nothing is to deduct in your funds your funds has
been programming i will send your pin code once you get back to me and
once you receive your CARD with the pin code you have to change your
pin code for scarcity reason.Thanks
