15th February 2018 - Advance Fee Fraud Scam

On 15th February 2018, telephone number +233230428645 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Bethel Nnaemeka Amadi using email address lilingyaoprivate@gmail.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.

In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

Dear Sir.

As the Head of the Pan-African Parliament we are here to enforce any approval/order by The African Court of Justice, after our deliberation with Nigeria government from International Community regarding scammers from Africa more especially Nigeria we have to enforce to implement your release overdue contract part payment first barge fund for all the victim involved by the country that did it and Nigeria government have agree to transfer the fund without delay. All the people scam by top Nigerians after due verification.

However, after our meeting with (IMF) Au and pan Africa committee including Nigeria representatives we have agreed to use my good office to conclude the transaction of approved part payment (usd$ 5.5 m ) into ATM CARD in-favor of you for failing to receive any fund since the Nigeria government approved the over due contract fund without delay this office have used Fidelity bank Ghana to credited said amount into ATM CARD to deliver to your door step for confirmation but this office received message from One Mr Dennis Martinez united state citizen claiming you sent him to claim the credited ATM CARD on your behalf kindly confirm if you sent this man to claim this credited card on your behalf before we proceed with address and phone number he forwarded to this office see bellow the information received.
