On 27th March 2018, telephone number +229969268271 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Dr Mathew Godwin using email address officewesternunion07@gmail.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

2015,

Fund who delaying your fund to be release since 2015 have an accident
on the way coming back from work yesterday evening and die and the
new Manager who just take over today said that any man or any woman
who have fund to receive since 2015 and this year 2018 should pay only
$55 without paying even $1cent again and he said that after today and
tomorrow that if you fail to send the $55 that he will transfer your
$15Million USD fund to world bank but i please him to wait and let me
