7th February 2018 - Advance Fee Fraud Scam

On 7th February 2018, telephone number +22996418005 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Ronald Zee using email address zeeronald46@gmail.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

This is to officially inform you that we have written to you before without getting respond from you and we believe that our previous mail did not get to you therefore we write you again. We are contacting you concerning the release of your inheritance fund which have been delayed for transfer by some officials who claim to be in position of your fund thereby planning to extort money from you in one way or the other. Your Fund has finally been approved for transfer by the West Africa Fund Monitoring Unit. You will receive your money via MasterCard ATM which is cash-able in any ATM machine or Bank.

We hereby inform you that the ATM card worth USD$1.5million has been credited in your favor as the payment of your inheritance fund which has been delayed for period of time. You are advised to stop any further communication with anybody concerning your inheritance fund to avoid loosing your money.

Your fund to be released via MasterCard ATM in act to uphold the rule of law which we represent, therefore you have to reconfirm the information below for security reasons also be informed that delivery agent will leave this country after the processing / registration of your ATM Package via DHL Courier Company.
