21st February 2018 - Advance Fee Fraud Scam

On 21st February 2018, telephone number +22966659697 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Pastor Geoffrey Simon using email address geoffreysimon52@email.cz as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

pick up your funds but I couldn't get through yesterday, so I decided to email
you the MTCN and sender’s name so that you can pick up the $3,000.00 to
enable us send another $3,000.00 by tomorrow. As you know already we will be
sending you ,$,3000.00 only per day. And it was agreed that you are to pay the
clearance certificate charges a total sum of $185 before you are enabled to
pick up your first payment, do take note of this, that you are to pay the $185
before picking up your first payment.

Go to any western union office in your locality to pick up the $3000.00 which
is currently active and endeavor to call me as soon as you get this mail as
the only Operation Manager in charge of your payment, and I will send you
another payment tomorrow once you pick up the first one, contact me once you
pick the ,$3000.00 USD today.

will be receiving daily after you send the transfer clearance certificate
charges of $185 and it will serve as re-confirmation of your payment file in
