29th November 2017 - Advance Fee Fraud Scam

On 29th November 2017, telephone number +22962979011 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Dr. Mohamed Ahmed using email address stntservice@gmail.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

Here is the email that the scammer sent to his victims.
Dear Beneficiary,

I am pleased to inform you precisely and squarely that your total of
$4,500.000,00 (Four million five hundred thousand United States
dollars only) has been accredited into an ATM MASTER CARD and
deposited to the TNT Company Head office Akpakpa, Cotonou, Benin
Republic. we made the choice of sending the through ATM to avoid
unnecessary delay and high rate of charge by bank officials. We have
also placed instructions to the company to ensure that they have it
posted to you as soon as you are contacted.

Tnt company will send you the tracking numbers to enable you track
the card for yourself while on transit till you receive it to the
address you will provided. So get back to them as soon as you receive
this message so that they can proceed immediately on the delivery.

Henceforth, stop further communication with any of those illiterate
scammers that steal from people in internet so that they will not
delay this delivery ok. Your code which is TNT44 use it when writing
to TNT.
