You can purchase the Insurance certificate at your location or I can get it for you here in US at your own expense, while BHP Billiton Petroleum Oil will reimburse you on your arrival in US.

These documents should be submitted to United States Immigration Service Office within a week to enable your permit to be approved. When the permit has been approved, all relevant documents backing it will be forwarded to the American embassy in your location. Also your own copy will be sent to you, which you will be expected to present at the American embassy upon their official invitation.
