On 17th September 2018, telephone number +15098500156 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Unnamed Scammer using email address kenechi.billy@aol.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

Attention to my letter I'm Diplomatic Agent working under United Nation in, am trying to deliver an ATM VISA CARD worth’s of $17.5million to you today, but arrived in Dulles International Airport Washington, DC not knowing that the Airline is not coming to your city and on my way trying to get another airline I had a problem with the Airport Police in Dulles International Airport, asking me to provide your ATM CARD clearance Tax receipt And after they investigation was confirmed OK that you are the owner of this ATM through the papers work that I have with me, but why am texting you now is to let you know that it will cost $230 dollars for the clearance Tax receipt because your ATM CARD has been put on hold until the clearance Tax receipt is here for them to believe that you are the owner of the card and also you are required to reconfirm to the Follow Information. Your Full Name,Mobile Phone Number,Current Home Address, Country, City, Nearest Airport

Contact me for the Information to send the $230 to the office to get me the yellow tag, in other to meet up with the Airline to your city.
