My name is Mr. Edward Fosu director of a small scale gold mining
company here in Republic Ghana. We produce between 150kg to 275kg of
alluvial gold-dust monthly. We also assist other local miners around
us to market their products. We have 30kg of smelted Gold Dore Bars
that is ready for sale now and we are looking for direct buyers or
agent that could help us market our products.

OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

(A) Buyers are advised to come-down in person to our office in
Accra-Ghana for proper inspection and evaluation of our product and
also to carry-out Preliminary Assay test of the product at our
Government Geological Survey Department in order to confirm by
themselves Weight, Purity, Quality and Carat of the product.

(B) One of our company’s staff/representative shall be assigned to
accompany the buyer with the product to the buyer’s choice of refinery
to witness the final Assay of the product.

(C) Buyers will be giving the opportunity to witness the shipment of
their product before its final departure to their destination.

(D) 20% down payment of the product must be made into our company’s
bank account before shipment of the product to the buyers destination
or choice of refinery as this will be used to offset the delivery cost
and procurement of all the necessary documents that will prove the
legality of the product and also help in the delivery/shipment of the
product to their desired destination, while the balance will be paid
by them upon satisfactory confirmation of the final Assay Report at
their choice of refinery.

Also these below stated documents will be attached to the product
during shipment to avoid unnecessary interrogation by the custom
authorities or other agencies:
(1). Certificate of origin
(2). Certificate of ownership
(3). Geological survey department lab test
(4). Geological survey export permit
(5). Bank of Ghana form A2
(6). Commercial invoice
(7). EUR1 Certificate
(8). Insurance Certificate
(9). Airway bill

(E) We give room for negotiation to our buyers hence it will not
affect our standard of operation.
