The website claims to be for a law firm called "Orlow Chapman & Co Solicitors". This website is not a website for a genuine firm of solicitors (see below).
The website provides a postal address of "First Floor Clock Building, Roundhay Road Leeds LS8 2SH". A telephone number of "+44 787 135 7688", a fax number of "+44 113 532 0500" and an email address of “info@orlowchapman.comâ€
The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm of solicitors called “Orlow Chapman & Co Solicitorsâ€
The website is an identical copy of the website of Greenhouse Stirton & Co Limited, a genuine firm of solicitors.
The SRA has also been informed that a member of public has been sent a document by fax by an individual claiming to be connected to “Orlow Chapman & Co Solicitorsâ€. The SRA understands that the fax is written in German and states that the recipient can gain a significant sum of money by acting as a proxy for an alleged bank account in Spain.
Any business or transactions through “orlowchapman.com†using the website or the contact details provided above are not undertaken by a solicitor's firm authorised and regulated by the SRA.
