The content of the email relates to a conveyancing transaction and refers to an attached drafted sales memorandum for a property. A concern is the email or attachment may contain malware.

The email which the SRA has seen claims it is from "Emily Moore, Principal Solicitor" from “Moore & Co. Solicitors LLP". The email address is given as "claire.moore@ramborsolicitors.net". A postal address is given as "654 Warwick Road, Birmingham, B451 2HG2". The email also provides a contact number of “0121 688 2020”, a fax number of “0121 690 2055”.

The SRA does not authorise and regulate a firm called “Moore & Co Solicitors LLP” (or a firm called “Rambor Solicitors”).

Any business or transactions through “Moore & Co Solicitors LLP” or via the contact details above are not undertaken by a solicitor's practice or an individual authorised or regulated by the SRA.
