The SRA has been informed that an email has been sent to a member of the public informing them of the death of another individual. This email falsely claims to be from "Barrister Duncan Lewis Esq" of "Duncan Lewis Solicitors & Co".

This email was sent from the email address "duncanlewissolicitorsllp@gmail.com" and provides a telephone number of "+447937014268" and a fax number of "+447045708455". The email also misuses the postal address of a business centre used by the genuine firm.

The SRA has also been informed that an email has been sent to a member of the public which falsely claims to be from "Barrister Duncan Parker Lewis" of "Duncan Lewis (Notary Public) Legal Practitioners & Corporate Nominees". The email seen by the SRA refers to a supposedly unclaimed inheritance of £4.7 million.

This second email was sent from the email address "barristerparkercoontact@gmail.com", provides telephone numbers of "+442030956447" and "+442033899687" and misuses a genuine postal address in London.

Any business or transactions through the email addresses or telephone numbers referred to above are not undertaken by a solicitor's practice or an individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.
