I admitted he was stolen my money ... he was said to me that he can bring me an ginune ielts without any study by professionals and secure way "they will claim that he will register me on the ielts exam and they has man instructors that who can made exam for me and finally you will get the certificate " . so after he will receives the certificate you will found it a fake and then after that they will block your mobile number and ignore you ,,,,

to be honest i am not sure if he is saudi or iraqi for sure but he lives on Dubai with his lobby of scammers from jordanian and indian nationalities.

So, basically you wanted to cheat and got scammed - I'd say you got what you deserved.
