From the WhoIs for law-tpm.com:The SRA has been informed that a member of the public has received a letter from "Natalya Morrell" of "Newway Holdings Ltd" / "Law TPM and Associates" in relation to obtaining a settlement in a litigation matter.
The letter claims to have been sent from "Newway Holdings Ltd"/"Law TPM and Associates." It provides a telephone number of "+44 2032892455", an address of "39-41 Parker Street, London, WC2B 5PQ" and an email of "legal@law-tpm.com". The letter encloses a false 'Certificate of Authorisation' from the SRA with a false SRA ID number.
A website is in operation for the false law firm "Law TPM Group" at www.law-tpm.com. This website claims that individuals called "Natalya Morrell", "Anna Miller" and "Alain Huth" work at the firm.
The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm called "Newway Holdings Ltd" or a firm called "Law TPM and Associates" or "Law TPM Group". It does not authorise or regulate any individual called "Natalya Morrell" or "Alain Huth". Therefore, any business or transactions relating to these firms or individuals are not undertaken by a solicitor's practice or an individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.
