Attached to this mail is a copy of your EMPLOYMENT LETTER which consist of Part A (CONTRACT SPECULATIONS) and PART B (TERMS AND CONDITIONS+EMPLOYEE DECLARATION) that outlines the modus operandi of your employment. We urge you to go through the Employment Letter thoroughly before tendering your consent by signatory and after you have signed the declaration, stating your approval of the Job, send a scanned copy of the Part B of the Employment Letter back to us via e-mail:

NOTE: You are to contact and also send scanned copies of your Employment Letter to our Lawyer Mr. Coril R. Singer(Barr.) who is going to be in-charge of your visa proceedings/procurement there in your country India via e-mail:
corilsinger@consultant.com Tel: +919987393897, +918468008507. He will advise you on what to do next as he is there to help you procure your Visa at the earliest thus saving you stress and time, so we urge you to gine him your full co-operation in order that you get your Visa as soon as possible.
Take note of this; after our confirmation from Mr. Coril R. Singer(Barr.) he informed us that the Visa fee for each applicant is rupees 26,999 INR (i.e 550 CAD) and this amount is refundable by Hard Rock Management as soon you arrive here in Canada. So we urge you not to pay above the above mentioned amount and also implore you to keep the evidence of payment(s) for record purpose because if you do not provide the evidence of payment to the Management, your money cannot be refunded to you.
The HARD ROCK Management will be in-charge of your transportation (Flight Arrangement and Charges) and we will send you, your flight details as soon as your visa proceedings are finalized. Once again a hearty congratulation towards becoming a member of HARD ROCK FAMILY CANADA and we hope to have you here with us soon.
NOTE: Do not sign the declaration if you do not agree to the speculations, terms and conditions of the contract and your refusal to sign and get back to us or our consultant in six (6) working days shall render the contract void and your appointment shall be terminated. If otherwise do sign and contact our consultant as he is there to guide you.
