We do hope that you will put in your best to ensure the steady growth of this company. This recruitment exercise is in phases which includes allocation and registration of accommodation at the housing quarters, arranging of bank and other financial statements, acquiring certifications and documents needed from the necessary authorities, travel plans arrangement and securing of flight ticket and lastly sending all documents to you via courier services to your address as we anticipate your arrival. We hope to complete all recruitment proceedings before your arrival therefore your swift response to our emails and total cooperation is required.
Before we commence with the proceedings stated above, we have to secure your right to work in the UK legally. As a Non EU Citizen and Non-Resident in the United Kingdom, it is required to have all required legal immigration documents approved before your arrival. In line with Immigration, Asylum, and Nationality Act 2006, it is required that all employee who are Non EU Citizen and Non-Resident in the United Kingdom obtain all necessary immigration particulars to enable them live and work legally here in the United Kingdom. For this to be achieved, you are expected to contact the Immigration Consultant (Mr. Dean Paul) working at the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). He will be a mediator between you and the UKVI and provide you with all details, documents and regular updates from the UKVI. Mr. Paul has been helpful in the past for some of our foreign employees and is well experienced and effective. Kindly be informed that management will shoulder the cost for your Visa and Flight Ticket cost while the cost for your Resident Permit and Work permit charges will be handled by you. However on arrival this fee spent will be totally reimbursed to you. This is the policy of the company and we expect you to cooperate with it.
You are required to immediately contact Mr. Paul of the UK Visas & Immigration with a scanned copy of your signed contract via e-mail to deanpaul.gov-ukvi@consultant.com
On receipt of your mail he will provide you with all necessary details and documents for all certification and permits to be approved.
