The website “http://ellgibson.com/" misuses the names, images and details of some genuine solicitors, who are employed by the genuine firm of Kingsley Napley LLP. The website of Ell Gibson LLP referred to above includes pages copied from the website for the genuine firm of Kingsley Napley LLP.
The SRA has been informed that the genuine individuals who are authorised and regulated by us, and whose names, details and/or images have been used on the website "http://ellgibson.com/", are employed at the genuine firm of Kingsley Napley LLP and have not consented to their names, images or other details being used on this website.
The website "http://ellgibson.com/", also provides various contact details, including an address of Knights Quarter, 14 St. John’s Lane, London. EC1M 4AJ and the telephone number 020 3514 4690. The address belongs to the genuine firm of Kingsley Napley LLP.
The SRA is also aware that the name and details of Ell Gibson LLP are being used in emails concerning a property transaction. Emails have been sent in the name of Ayhan Saygin, in which he states that his solicitors are Ell Gibson LLP.
Any business or transactions conducted through the website "http://ellgibson.com/" or the telephone number of 020 3514 4690 are not undertaken by a solicitor's practice or an individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.
