The SRA has been informed that a fax has been sent falsely claiming to be from "Barr. Richard George Harvey (Esq.)" and "Josh Latham, Partner" at "RG Harvey LLC".
The fax relates to an "permanent unclaimed life insurance policy" of a deceased individual with the same surname as the recipient of the fax.
The fax provides a telephone number of "011 44 20 35148052" and an email address of "rgharveyllc@gmail.com". The fax also misuses the address and logo of a genuine firm .
The SRA does not authorise and regulate a firm called "RG Harvey LLC" nor does it authorise and regulate a solicitor named "Josh Latham" or "Richard George Harvey".
Any business or transactions through "RG Harvey LLC", "Josh Latham", "Richard George Harvey", via the email address "rgharveyllc@gmail.com" or telephone number "011 44 20 35148052" are not undertaken by a solicitor's practice or an individual authorised or regulated by the SRA.
Please don't confront scammers or tell them their details are on anti-scam sites. It will take them minutes to set up a new identity and existing warnings will be worthless.
The website claims that several solicitors work at "RG Harvey LLC". These solicitors include "Richard George Harvey". The website also misuses the names of several solicitors working at a genuine firm (see below).
