The SRA has been informed that an email claiming to be from "The Director of Foreign Operations" at a bank has been sent to a member of the public, enclosing a document which falsely claims to be from Edwin Coe LLP.
The email refers to an unclaimed inheritance and suggests that the recipient contacts their Attorney at "International Litigation & Legal Affairs Law Firm", and gives the address of a genuine firm of solicitors. It also gives the telephone number +44 77000 16918 and the name of the contact person as being "Edwin Coe Esq".
The email also asks the recipient of the email to provide personal documentation and a "Copy of United Kingdom High Court Affidavit" stating that he is the next of kin.
A document is attached to the email which claims to be from "Edwin Coe LLP". The document is addressed "to whom it may concern" and refers to the transfer of the unclaimed inheritance to the recipient of the email. The document also provides the genuine address for a genuine firm of solicitors

The email seen by the SRA appears to have been sent from "Remittance Office" but was in fact sent from the email address "royalinfor@consultant.com".
The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm of solicitors called "International Litigation and Legal Affairs Law Office", nor does it authorise or regulate an individual solicitor called Edwin Coe Esq.
Any business or transactions through "International Litigation and Legal Affairs Law Office", the email address "royalinfor@consultant.com" or the telephone number +44 77000 16918 are not undertaken by a solicitor's practice or an individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.
Please don't confront scammers or tell them their details are on anti-scam sites. It will take them minutes to set up a new identity and existing warnings will be worthless.

The emails seen by the SRA refer to the supposed transfer of an investment and appear as if sent from "Coe Associates Law Firm", but were in fact sent from the email address "legalsolicitor@legislator.com". The email also suggests that it is sent from "International Litigation & Legal Affairs Law Firm" and gives a telephone number of "+447700016918".
