Attached to this email is Visa Application Form, which you have to print out, fill it correctly and send back to me with the required information. Each applicant is entitled to pay Application/Registration fee of 31,860 Rs. The type of visa applying for you is working visa/permit.
Kindly note down the following details and visa process:-
As soon as your completed visa application form is received and your fees confirmed, you will be granted Appointment to visit the Embassy for interview and to have your Biometric information that includes fingerprinting scan and your digital photograph for your visa endorsement. Once appointment is granted to you we shall send you authorised gate pass to enable you entry inside the embassy premises otherwise you will not be allowed to pass the gate if you do not have authorised gate pass.
As soon as your visa processing is completed here we will inform you and send a copy of your visa to the company that employed you in Australia so that they can send your travel air ticket as mentioned in your appointment letter. Processing of your three years working visa will take maximum 20 working days from the date your application/registration fee is confirmed.
Kindly download the attached visa application form, fill it as directed and send back to us along with your passport scanned copy (1st & 2nd pages) if you have not sent before.
It is important to let you know that we are processing your application as urgent based on the request we received from your employer on your behalf because of your joining date with the Company.
