Scam Type: Fake Website

From the Solicitors Regulation Authority website:
A website is operating from "www.martinhowardsolicitors.co.uk", which falsely claims to be for a law firm providing legal services.

The website is for a firm called "Martin Howard Solicitors", which claims to be a firm of solicitors providing legal services.

The website provides a contact address of "50 Grange Road, London, N20 9XE", the telephone number "+44 203 005 5222" and the email address "office@martinhowardsolicitors.co.uk".

The website lists Martin Howard as a solicitor who founded the firm. The website misuses the names Robert Dynowski, Anna O’Connell, Rakesh Bhasin, Andrew Dowie, Anna Ponting, Geeta Manglani, Frances Randle, Andrew Bowmer, Damian Cullen, Deborah Bowker and Jas Adili who are all genuine solicitors, and also includes the names of individuals who are not authorised and regulated by the SRA.

The website also misuses content from a genuine website for the firm Steel & Shamash and the SRA identity number 38910.

The SRA does not authorise or regulate an individual called Martin Howard. Any business or transactions through the firm "Martin Howard Solicitors" using the contact details shown above are not undertaken by a solicitor's practice or by an individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.
