The SRA has been informed that a member of the public has received a "Legal Service Retainer Agreement" from "KT Stewarts Law LLP" and "Keith G Stewart". The agreement also falsely claims to be from Stewarts Law LLP, misusing a logo. The agreement relates to the claimed services of an "attorney" in a legal matter.
The agreement provides the address for "KT Stewarts Law LLP" as: 5 New St Square, London, EC4A 3BF; the telephone number +44 0703 189 8877; the fax number +44 871 314 0552; and the email address "stewartkeithg@gmail.com."
Any business or transactions through "KT Stewarts Law LLP" or "Keith G Stewart", using the contact details listed above, are not undertaken by a solicitor's practice or an individual authorised or regulated by the SRA.
