From the WhoIs for richmchambers.com:An email has been sent to a member of the public claiming to be from "Attorney Michael Richmond" and from a firm called "Richmond Law Chambers". The email refers to a potential inheritance claim and asks the recipient of the email to provide their personal details, including a copy document such as a passport/driver's license to prove identification. The email suggested that the recipient could be entitled to receive a financial lump sum in the amount of £4,500,000.
