The SRA has been informed that an email has been sent claiming to be from 'David Lee' of 'Mark & Co'. The email states that "David Lee" is a "Senior Partner" and claims to attach a contract document.
The email the SRA has seen has been sent from "Mark & Co" using the email address smzafar.59@gmail.com.
The email also provides the address of 15 York Road, Liverpool SL6 1SW, telephone numbers 01628 675 777 and +44(0)161 200 1700 and fax number 41648 638666. The email also falsely claims that the sender is "Authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority No: 566789"
The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm with the name "Mark & Co".
Any business or transactions through the firm name "Mark & Co" or email address "smzafar.59@gmail.com" are not undertaken by a solicitor's practice or an individual authorised or regulated by the SRA.
