In a case of emergence situation,an employee will be flown to his country or In Canada here, or any country suitable for the best medical attention. Employee is entitle to health Insurance scheme under the law of Canada,and you are entitle to fourteen (14) days of paid sick leave annually .6.PUPLIC HOLIDAYS.a.All government gazette Public holidays maybe observed depending on the exigencies of work. The management may decide to operate on a holidays on overtime paid hours and employee may not proceed on any holiday’s without an official statement from the company.7.ANNUAL LEAVE.a.You will be entitle to thirty (30) days paid leave annually. The first such leave become due after the completion on three (3) months continuous service, the company shall here bear the cost of Air fare for vacation trip for employee as well as his/her family.
