The domain alfrednewtons.com appears to be an email only domain with no website.The SRA has received information that members of the public have received a letter claiming to be from Anthony Penman of Alfred Newton Solicitors regarding obtaining the benefit of an unclaimed inheritance.
The letters appear to have been posted within Canada to recipients who live in Canada.

The letter also contains the letterhead, branch office address, website, SRA number and VAT number of a genuine firm of solicitors. The sender of the letter appears to have cloned the genuine firm's details to make the fraudulent letter appear legitimate.
The letter invites the recipient to contact the sender via the email address anthony@alfrednewtons.com with details of their full name, mobile and home telephone numbers, and fax number so that the sender can purportedly "file the necessary documents with the High Court Probate division".
