Scam Type: Scams Targeting Businesses
Dear Sir/Madam.
This is to introduce our company as “Contractors Internationalâ€. We
are one of the largest and most successful business brokerage
companies in E. Africa region with business brokers conveniently
located throughout the Africa. We specialize in businesses for sale,
franchises, business valuations, and commercial real estate.
I was commissioned and given this opportunity by one of the ministry
official who directs the tender board committee to source out any
reliable manufacturing Company to can bid and tender for this project.
However this project is still departmental though its funds were
allocated in this financial year 2014-2015.
And we are looking for suitable Company with capacity to supply
RICE to the government ministry.
Your request for clarification must be received by the Project
Coordinating Company in writing at least 21 days before the deadline
for submission of tenders (email: fredmutoni@gmail.com ), with a copy
to the Contracting Authority (at NAO Support Unit, Tel
NO:(+256752239805 ). The Office will reply to renders’ questions at
least 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. If,
either
on its own initiative or in response to a request from a tenderer, the
Project Office provides additional information on the tender dossier,
it will send that information in writing to all tenderer at the same
time. Costs incurred by the tenderer in preparing and submitting the
tender proposals will not be reimbursed.
