Please find attached herewith, relevant document containing the Prototype of your contract package for your perusal and approval, upon review and acceptance of this contract package, kindly sign on the last page and send us the scanned copy of the appointment letter. You have to join our company on the 20TH March 2016, you will receive your monthly salary on the last working day of the month, there will be a performance review after three months and salary revision twice in a year. You have to work for 44 hours per week, you will get overtime if you work for more hours than stipulated time, the leave and other company policy are enclosed in terms and conditions document attached to this Email, on the date of joining, you need to give a signed photocopy of your appointment letter, stating acceptance of terms and conditions. Furthermore, we will assist you in obtaining your traveling documents from the Immigration home office to avoid refusal of entry cable visa by the Embassy in your country. We urge you to comply and cooperate with our recruiting team so as to enable you get your valid employment visa and working permit. We will be responsible for all charges that will be needed for the processing of your traveling documents. Once the process is completed your traveling documents hard copies will be sent to your postal address via courier Service. Please kindly fill and sign the appointment letter and Email it back to us immediately to enable us commence with the processing of your traveling documents and air ticket.
(IMPORTANT NOTICE-CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS)
1. You will be working with Soneril Construction Company with the mandate to provide excellent services.
2. You are entitled to 6 weeks paid leave in every 5 months.
3. The contract is valid for 2 years.
4. Soneril Construction Company will be responsible for your visa processing, accommodation, medical care, air ticket, working and residence card permit.
5. You will resume duty in Ghana with other approved candidates.
6. Full insurance cover will be provided throughout the contract terms.
7. Transportation will be provided by our company (Accommodation to job site)
8. Flight ticket will be provided by our company.
9. Contract is valid for two years and will be renewed for further period on mutual agreement
10. You will be enrolled in a 4 weeks training upon your arrival in Ghana, during this training you will be tutored about your duties and other important details about your work and job description will be provided after the training.
