The SRA have been informed that the website "www.briansandersonslawandassociates.com" is operating, falsely claiming to be for a legal practice with offices in London, Hull, Beverley and Withernsea.
The website provides the tel / fax number "+44 74 5201 7164"; a "what’s app" number of "+44 744 855 4260"; the email address enquiry@briansandersonslawandassociates.com and a postal address of "Exchange House, 12 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2HS, United Kingdom". It also provides other postal addresses that are similar (but not identical) to those of a genuine firm of solicitors, whose website the bogus website partially clones. Separately, the bogus website also gives and misuses the SRA registration number of a separate genuine firm of solicitors.
The website claims that Brian Frederick Gill, Pascal Demmerle and Linda Atkinson are solicitors and members of its team. The website also misuses the names and/or photographs of a number of genuine solicitors
The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm of solicitors called "Brian Sandersons Law and Associates"; nor does it authorise or regulate solicitors called Brian Frederick Gill, Pascal Demmerle or Linda Atkinson.
Any business or transactions undertaken through the above website, or through "Brian Sandersons Law and Associates" / the above contact details, is not undertaken by a solicitors’ practice or an individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.
