An email seen by the SRA appears to have been sent by "Alexander Jackson" from an email address of "alexander@ajacksonsolicitors.co.uk".
The email provides a postal address of "20 Mortlake High Street London SW14 8JN and the telephone contact numbers of "07868 356284" and "020 8616 1740".
The SRA has seen a further email which appears to have been sent by "Amanda Simone" from an email address of "enquiries@ajacksonsolicitors.co.uk".
There is also a website address provided of "www.ajacksonsolicitors.co.uk". The web page provides the same contact details above and states the website is currently under maintenance.
The emails misuse the name and SRA authorisation number for a genuine solicitor.
The letter seen by the SRA relates to a "letter of undertaking" and provides the same contact details provided above.
The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm of solicitors called "Alexander Jackson Solicitors" or "A Jackson Solicitors" or a solicitor called "Amanda Simone".
Any business or transactions through the website or contact details provided above are not undertaken by a solicitor's firm or a solicitor authorised and regulated by the SRA.
