From the WhoIs for arionlawsolicitors.co.uk:The SRA have received reports that other firms of solicitors have received letters and emails from "Arion Law Solicitors Ltd", regarding supposed property transactions.
The letters and emails seen by the SRA appear to be sent from "Arion Law, Adetola Adebisi Ogundimu, Partner", but we understand they are not legitimate and misuse the name of a solicitor and of her firm of solicitors.
The letters and emails include the provision of conveyancing contracts and documents, with “Arion Law†supposedly acting for the sellers of a property and proposed buyers being required to pay a reservation fee or deposit.
The letter provides a telephone number of "0208 123 3735" and an email address of "adetola@arionlawsolicitors.co.uk".
The emails sent from "adetola@arionlawsolicitors.co.uk" provide the same telephone number as above, a fax number of "0208 123 3737" and refer to a website of www.arionlawsolicitors.co.uk.
Any business or transactions conducted through the website or the contact details set out above, are not undertaken by a solicitor's practice or an individual authorised or regulated by the SRA.
