This is an offer of employment as an Estate Manager at my estate (Prof.HS Apartments) for a 3 years contract. This offer is contingent upon my receipt of your school certificate, travel passport and passport size photograph
Your title will be Estate Manager if you accept this employment offer. You will report to me directly
In the role of Estate Manager, you will be expected to carry out the duties and responsibilities described in the attachment.

I will offer you a monthly salary of £6,300.00 which will not be subjected to tax. You will be working for 8 hours per day starting from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Saturdays and Sundays are off days, You will also receive a weekly allowance of £400 GB Pounds for your personal up keep

You required to pay a refundable visa fee of £290 GB pounds for the processing of your work visa through my travel agency who will be undertaking the processing of your visa through the HOME OFFICE here in UK. Flight Ticket and travel insurance will be provided by me
Please do not ask for deduction of Visa fees from salary as it will not be acceptable and
