Scam alert from the Solicitors Regulation Authority website:
The SRA has been informed that letters have been sent to members of the public, regarding an unclaimed inheritance, which claim to be from "Tony Roland" of "Tony Roland & Partners".

Copy letters seen by the SRA refer to an unclaimed life insurance policy worth US$10,950.777, from the estate of someone with the same surname as the recipient of the letter.

The letters also provide the email addresses of info@tonrolpartllp.com, tony@tonrolpartllp.com and rolandttony@gmail.com, a telephone number of +44 744 096 9425 and a postal address of Library Building, 244 Shepherds Bush Road, London, WS 2DS.

The letter also includes a reference to a website www.tonrolpartllp.com.

The website www.tonrolpartllp.com is not a website for a genuine firm of solicitors authorised and regulated by the SRA.

The website www.tonrolpartllp.com misuses the names and photographs of several genuine solicitors.

The SRA does not authorise and regulate a genuine firm of solicitors named Tony Roland & Partners, nor does it authorise and regulate a genuine solicitor named Tony Roland.

Any business or transactions through the email addresses, website or telephone number referred to above, are not undertaken by a solicitor's practice or an individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.
