The SRA has been informed that letters have been sent to members of the public, regarding an unclaimed inheritance, which falsely claim to be from "Stuart Haynes" of "Abraham Law Solicitors Ltd".
The letters seen by the SRA refer to an unclaimed inheritance worth nine million and five hundred thousand pounds, from the estate of someone with the same surname as the recipient of the letter. The letters seen by the SRA provide the postal address of a genuine firm of solicitors.
Any business or transactions through the email addresses, website or telephone number referred to above, are not undertaken by a solicitor's practice or an individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.

A copy letter seen by the SRA refer to an unclaimed inheritance worth US$10,950.777, from the estate of someone with the same surname as the recipient of the letter.
The letters also provide the email addresses of info@acostalollp.com and “Thiago.acosts087@gmail.comâ€, a telephone number of 011 44 744 094 2401, a fax number of + (44) 1212 275 016 and postal address of 185-186 Edgware Road, London, WS 2DS.
The letter also includes a reference to a website www.acostalollp.com. The website www.acostalollp.com is not a website for a genuine firm of solicitors authorised and regulated by the SRA. The website www.acostalollp.com misuses the names of several genuine solicitors.
The SRA does not authorise and regulate a genuine firm of solicitors named Acosta Solicitors LLP, nor does it authorise and regulate a genuine solicitor named Thiago F. Acosta.
Any business or transactions through the email addresses, website or telephone number referred to above, are not undertaken by a solicitor's practice or an individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.
The domain acostalollp.com is not registered.
