From the WhoIs for peterkandler.com:The SRA has received a report from a member of the public that they have received emails regarding an unclaimed inheritance, which falsely claim to be from "Peter Kandler" of the firm "Peter Kandler & Co".
The emails seen by the SRA concern the distribution of a fund amounting to £17.5 million. The recipient is asked to contact and make a payment to someone claiming to be Peter Kandler, who is described as an advocate and Senior Partner of "Peter Kandler & Co".
The emails seen by the SRA were sent from the email addresses of: "peterkandler@hotmail.com" and "lawfirm@peterkandler.com", and provide contact telephone numbers of " +44 (0)33 3022 0887 and +44 (0)203 000 7960.
The telephone number "033 3022 0887" is currently also used on the website "www.peterkandler.co.uk", which falsely claims to be for a law firm based in London, W10 5PR.
