called on Monday 7/16/28, around 3:30 PM. Electronic message warned they were calling to reduce the interest rate on my current card, ticking clock, last attempt to reach out. Hit 1 to speak to representative. Women with heavy Indian accent went through a sales pitch speaking very quickly. When I asked what card she was referring to, she said "Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, any of them". When I asked to clarify who she was with, she hung up.
