Please don't confront scammers or tell them their details are on anti-scam sites. It will take them minutes to set up a new identity and existing warnings will be worthless.

I've been harassed by this company who says that they are World cargo shipping company this is the main phone number for the company which they never answer I just want to verify if this is indeed a legitimate phone number or not as they are harassing me daily to send them thousands of dollars

This number, like the other one you wrote about is a scam.
Anyone that contacts you about whatever business this relates to is a scammer. Just block them and don't answer. You may want to consider changing your phone number so that they can no longer contact you.
