On behalf of Canadian Utility Constructions, it is with great pleasure that we offer you the position of a Warehouse Manager in Canadian Utility Constructions Canada, reporting to Management. This appointment is subject to the approval of the Board of Governors and Citizenship and Immigration of Canada. The terms and conditions are as follows:
1. Starting Date/ Hours Of Work, your starting date will be 7th September, 2018 at 7:00 a.m. Your hours of work during the peak season will be 37.5 hours per week. Overtime may be required during exceptionally busy period, paid at a rate of $ 20 per hour. Our normal working day is 9am to 5:30pm with one hour for lunch, but flexible working hours may be accommodated for breaks and lunch each day.
2. Salary Your annual salary will be $ 126,000 CAD after tax, Salary payments will be made to your bank account on a bi-weekly basis (Every Second Friday) pursuant to our direct payroll deposit plan.
3. Group Benefits, You will be eligible once you have successfully completed your three month probationary period for Canadian Utility Constructions benefit plan, which is offered to all Canadian Utility Constructions employees. We have enclosed a benefit information booklet for your reference. Canadian Utility Constructions reserves the right to amend or discontinue any of the above-noted benefits at its sole discretion, at any time, and without noticed.
4. Probationary Period, Your first three months of employment with Canadian Utility Constructions will be considered probationary, with full salary.
5. Vacation You are entitled to 4 Weeks of paid vacation per calendar year, to be taken once yours have been approved by your supervisor. Vacation requests are dealt with at a first come first serve basis therefore Canadian Utility Constructions guarantees that you will receive your vacation at your request.
6. Resignation of Employment, you may resign your employment by giving two weeks' written notice to Canadian Utility Constructions upon your last day of employment you will be entitled to compensations or payments.
7. Confidentiality/ Non-Disclosure of our company policies within the Employee Handbook, which you will sign, you are to adhere to the Policy of 'Confidential Information and Intellectual Property'. Failure to comply with the policy's procedures may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
8. Code of Conduct, Canadian Utility Constructions expects employees to act in a manner that will enhance the hospital's reputation for honesty, integrity and responsibly fulfilling our customer’s contracts. To reinforce its continuing drive for the highest standard of integrity, Canadian Utility Constructions has developed a Code of Conduct, which is part of the Employee Handbook, to which all our establishments employees are bound. As a condition of employment you are required to agree to fulfill the Code of Conduct by signing the Employee Handbook. Failure to act in accordance with the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action.
