Scam Type: Windows Support Scam

1-646-569-9044 contacted me, took a long time to answer so I figured it was automated or a scam. The man on the other end talked and sounded like a person from india trying to sound american. Then he told me i was connected to my computer and he was trying to repair it and needed info. I asked if he knew who he had called and he wouldn't answer. I called him an obvious scam artist to not know who he was talking to. He said he wasn't. Then i said if your not a scam then just tell me who you think your talking with. He couldn't answer so i put him on hold with music figuring he might not be able to hang up on his own.
